1. Working principle

The basic principle of using grease trap and sedimentation tank to treat wastewater is the same, both of which use the different specific gravity of suspended solids and water in the wastewater to achieve the purpose of separation.The structure of the grease trap adopts advection type. The oily wastewater enters the grease trap with a rectangular plane through the distribution tank, and flows slowly in the horizontal direction. In the flow, the oil floats on the surface of the water, and is pushed by the oil collection pipe or the oil scraper arranged on the surface of the pool to the oil collection pipe and flows into the dehydration tank.The heavy oil and other impurities that have precipitated in the grease trap accumulate in the sludge bucket at the bottom of the pool and enter the sludge pipe through the mud discharge pipe.The wastewater treated with oil isolation overflows into the drainage channel and discharges out of the tank for subsequent treatment to remove emulsified oil and other pollutants.
